Terms and Conditions

All Items are my own designs and are made to measure by myself. All items being sold are made to a high quality standard.

Refunds

All payments and purchases are final. Because this is a home run business and has only just started i can afford to be dealing with refunds. If there is a major problem contact me and i will try to sort it out.

Requests

Requests can be made to make any items of clothing or accesories but may not be accepted as i may not be able to make the item but please still send the request. Requests may cost a little more, but depends on the quantity of material and accesories i will need.

Postage and Packaging

The standard rate for postage and packaging is £4.00 and £2.00 for each additional item. If the item is bigger or an awkward shape the cost will be increased. Small items will only be charged £2.00 postage and packaging and £1.00 for each additional small item. Postage and packaging will take between 1 and 2 weeks. This allows time for paypal transferes and processes, and posting time. Postage to places outside the UK will cost more.
